Utopia
is a 2003 Island Spirit 400 Catamaran built by Fortuna Yachts in South Africa. It was named one of the Top 10 Boats
for 2003 by Sail Magazine. Built to be lived aboard the Island Spirit will have more space, storage, and comfort than most other yachts designed for charter fleets.

Cabins all have comfortable mattresses, dual fans, reading lights, lots of storage, and quality linens. Push button electric heads and fresh water showers are present in both bathrooms.

Spacious open cockpit with full bimini top. Two tier cushioned seating with tons of room for entertaining and dining. Easy access to the water and dinghy at each hull with wide stern steps. Fresh water deck showers on both port and starboard sides. Well designed swim ladder can be used barefoot or with swim fins on. |

The salon features an open layout with comfortable seating, stylish decor, and LED recessed lighting. Inside you will find the fully equipped galley, stocked bar, book collection, and board games. We have a wide range of music onboard, but we welcome you to bring your iPod or some of your favorite cd's. |

On deck you will find level non-skid surfaces with access to 2 large trampolines. Popular among the sun worshipping guest during the day and stargazers at night. The wrap around bow seats are the perfect spot to enjoy the view while underway. |
